Our cooking classes are taught by our two Registered Dietitians.  They are whole foods based and utilize seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible.  We will help you learn how to incorporate delicious, healthy meals into your life through our informative, fun classes!



Please note, you must register for cooking classes at least 24 hours in advance.  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If 48 hours are not given, we will not be able to refund your money.
