Lily Gil, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Lily Gil teaches TRX and HIIT at Nourish Northwest

Lily is a NASM certified personal trainer and TRX instructor, an avid fitness enthusiast, and a die hard foodie. She graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in Sociology and works full time at a local startup company, however, her Nourish classes are the highlights of her weeks! 

Lily’s passion for fitness that has led her to eagerly attempt everything from aerial silk yoga and barre classes, to boxing and cycling. After taking her first TRX class, Lily immediately fell in love with the challenge and flexibility of the suspension training workouts. In addition to exploring new fitness trends, she stays active by hiking with her 3.5 legged Golden Retriever, running, rock climbing, and trying out her own HIIT and TRX workouts. 

Lily loves helping others achieve their fitness goals and looks forward to motivating and encouraging you to work hard and push your limits! There’s nothing like feeling strong and healthy and Lily will do all she can to help you get there!
