At Nourish Northwest, we offer a variety of fitness programs including:

- Boot Camp
- Interval Training
Work with experienced fitness instructors and receive the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. With attention to form, skill level, and injury prevention, our classes stand apart from large gyms. No membership needed!
Online registration is recommended to ensure a spot for all of our yoga classes and other fitness programs. If you’re a new student, please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will be locked when class begins.
We have the following classes available:
HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the ultimate workout for cardio and fat burning. HIIT is an intense interval training circuit that gets the body’s major muscle groups involved, through a series of repeated exercises. With high intensity exercise, your body continues to burn fat long after your workout is complete. This class is super effective and is only 30 minutes long! The perfect workout to burn calories, strengthen and lengthen your body.
A total body workout, Yoga Sculpt combines light weights with Yoga movements to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance and sculpt the body. This intense, but easy to follow yoga program complements your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new yoga heights. This class torches calories!
This high-intensity, fast paced class offers an incredible workout for all levels! Through a variety of different exercises we’ll hit every major muscle group multiple times and keep our heart-rates high. TRX suspension training targets the core in every exercise and quickly improves muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall body mobility. With countless bodyweight, weight-bearing and TRX exercises available, this class is perfect for those wanting to get the maximum workout in the least amount of time! Please note: This class is limited to 10 participants.
Looking for a fun and challenging workout that will help you achieve your fitness goals? A mix of strength training and cardio exercises are combined for a total body workout aimed to burn the most calories in a one hour session. You will perform exercises using your own body weight, free weights, bosu balls, resistance bands and TRX straps. Each workout is different to keep things motivating!
OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP:
Abby takes her popular boot camp class outdoors! Your cardiovascular and muscular fitness will be challenged in this circuit-style class incorporating park structures, and of course the infamous stairs at Mt. Tabor. A fun and energizing class! Email info@nourishnorthwest for exact location. This class is seasonal and moves indoors for the winter.
Yin yoga is a quiet practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints. You will benefit from greater range of motion due to the lengthening of the connective tissue and increased circulation in the joints. You will release excess tension while strengthening postures that hold a body in balance. This class will help you move through daily life with more energy, less pain, greater ease, and better focus.
Tabata/ HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the ultimate workout for cardio and fat burning…And this one is all on the TRX straps! This intense class will get all the body’s major muscle groups involved. With high intensity exercise, your body continues to burn fat long after your workout is complete. This class is super effective and is only 30 minutes long! The perfect workout to burn calories, strengthen and lengthen your body. Please note: If you have never done TRX before, we strongly encourage you to take our TRX Circuit class first to learn the basic moves.
