Fitness Class Schedule & Pricing

Nourish Northwest offers a variety of group fitness classes.  Our classes are specifically designed to give you the attention of a personal trainer in a small group setting.  Our classes are fun, motivational and effective!  For class descriptions, click here. Online registration is recommended to ensure a spot for all of our yoga classes and other fitness programs. If you’re a new student, please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to meet your trainer and complete a fitness waiver. Doors will be locked when class begins.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel within one hour to receive a refund.  If cancellation does not within that time, you will be charged for the class.

Standard Pricing Schedule:

Drop in: $15

10 card punch pass: $120

1 month unlimited: $130

Unlimited fitness membership (minimum 3 months): $104/month (not available online, in-store purchase only)

New student special (2 weeks unlimited): $20

Community Boot Camp: $5
