At Nourish Northwest, we offer individual nutrition counseling, group workshops, a variety of fitness classes, and weekly cooking classes. We believe that movement, enjoyment of wholesome, nutritious food and community relationships are essential to optimal health. Nourish Northwest will be hosting a 12 day cleanse to enter into the spring feeling clear and rejuvenated. This is a whole foods based cleanse that does not involve supplements or fasting. You may do an optional juicing/smoothie phase in the middle, if you wish. In a nutshell, you will be eating a balanced, healthy diet free of added sugars and processed foods, as well as meat and dairy. This cleanse features brand new recipes and meal plans, so if you have participated in our cleanse in the past, you can join us again!
This cleanse will help improve your eating habits, eliminate toxins from your body and enter into the warmer months feeling light and fresh.

6 Week Outdoor Boot Camp Series
Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am, starting April 21st
Are you ready to lose weight, get toned and feel healthy? Join us for our 6 week outdoor boot camp series at Mt. Tabor! Choose to come 2 or 3 times per week.
Includes: Pre- and Post- Fitness Assessment, Challenging, fun workouts lead by certified personal trainer, Olivia Martino, Cardio Training, Strength and Core Training, Injury Prevention and Weight Loss.
3 days/week: $175; 2 days/week: $145. Please note, there are only 6 spaces available for this series, but we will be continually running it throughout the summer.
