Welcome to Nourish Northwest Nutrition and Fitness Center!
At Nourish Northwest, we offer individual nutrition counseling, group workshops, a variety of fitness classes, and weekly cooking classes. We believe that movement, enjoyment of wholesome, nutritious food and community relationships are essential to optimal health. New classes: We have added an Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp (meets at Nourish) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-7:45 am. We have also added a Friday TRX Circuit class from 5:15-6:15 pm!
Hip Health Workshop
Join Personal Trainer, Christy Johnson in this 3 week Hip Health Series, as you learn how to strengthen, stretch and care for your hips to help free your body from pain.
Week One (5/2): Learn about hip imbalances, and how to bring your hips back to neutral, over time eliminating things such as knee pain, back pain, even shoulder pain!
Week Two (5/9): Receive instruction on easy, focused, glute/hip strengthening exercises.
Week Three (5/16): Learn about self-myofascial release techniques for the hips, legs, and back, using tools like a foam roller and lacrosse ball.
Cost: $30 for any 1 session, $50 for any 2 sessions, $70 for all 3 sessions
Spring is officially here and what better way to kick it off than a cleanse! This meal plan consists of ALL new recipes, so if you have done the cleanse before, you can do it again for a whole new experience! Group meets May 9th at 1 pm and the 12 day cleanse begins on May 11th.
