Nourish Northwest offers personal chef services to help you and your family eat well. This service is perfect for people who are busy and rely on take-out or restaurant meals.
All meals are created by a dietitian and are tailored to your preferences and dietary needs. Our ingredients are locally sourced and organic, whenever possible.
All prices include grocery shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation in your home. Some typical packages are listed below, but we can customize a plan that works best for your household. We specialize in vegan, gluten free cooking and prices below reflect those meal plans. We are more than happy to accomodate a dietary pattern that includes animal proteins and will adjust pricing on an individual basis.
8 Portions: $260
This includes 8 total portions of 4 different meals; 8 meals for 1 person or 4 meals for 2 people. A couple can eat well during the work week with this package…and it leaves room to go out on Friday!
10 Portions: $300
This includes 10 total portions of 5 different meals; 10 meals for 1 person or 5 meals for 2 people. This is a full work week’s worth of meals for a couple or lunch and dinner for a single person. This package could also work well for a family of 3 looking to supplement their weekly menu.
12 Portions: $350
This includes 12 total portions of 3 different meals; 6 meals for 2 people or 3 meals for a family of 4.
16 Portions: $400
This includes 16 total portions of 4 different meals. This package works best for 4 dinners for a family of 4.
20 Portions: $450
This includes 20 total portions of 5 different meals. Do you want dinner made for your family of 4, Monday-Friday? This package is for you!
