Recipe: Golden Milk Chia Pudding
Looking for a snack that is easy, healthy and delicious, not to mention low in sugar, anti-inflammatory, vegan and satisfying? Look no further and make a batch of this chia pudding today!
Golden Milk Chia Pudding
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon or cardamom
- a dash of black pepper
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes for topping
Add all ingredients to a large jar or bowl with a tight fitting lid and mix vigorously. Taste and adjust flavors as needed. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours. Top with pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes and serve!
