Recipe: Banana Bread (Gluten Free, Grain Free, Free of Added Sugars)

Here is my new favorite banana bread recipe! It suits many dietary restrictions/preferences and is super moist and naturally sweet.  I added dark chocolate chips, which does add a tiny bit of sugar but also adds a lot of deliciousness. I also added walnuts for a bit more heartiness.  Enjoy!!! 

Banana Bread

Ingredients

4 ripe mashed bananas

3/4 cup coconut flour

5 eggs

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and butter a loaf pan.  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes.  Let cool, slice and enjoy!
